Returns are accepted for a full refund within 14 days of delivery according to the steps below. Used equipment is warranted for 90 days for parts and labor.

Refund-Warranty Steps:

Submit an RMA request to info@720i.com detailing the item, invoice number and issue.
Wait to receive an RMA approval
Merchandise must be shipped back in original packaging, within 10 days of RMA approval receipt.
Returns subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Return shipping fees will be credited if wrong items originally sent.
